The owners initially wanted to relocate an existing structure, but this was not cost effective. Instead, our staff used the original structure as inspiration for a new building. An old gas station was demolished on the property, requiring soil remediation all the way to the bedrock. The Market features reclaimed siding to give the patina look of a historic building. The interior floors are reclaimed as well, and the walls are finished with bead board. The Market has been so successful that the owners hired us to enclose the back porch creating additional seating!
