Glenn’s Creek Brewery | Lexington, KY
This exciting project was the renovation of the old “Buddy’s” Restaurant in Downtown Lexington. Churchill McGee worked with the owners through the entire process, helping develop the initial budget, modifying and adjusting the design, and plan review with the City Permit Office. The raised seating area was modified to provide a more open atmosphere. A secondary bar was added along with creating a patio area for guests. Renovations also included laminate plank flooring with sealed concrete floors, and new windows were installed which allow the space to open to the exterior.
