Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau (LCVB)
After successfully completing the renovation of the Lexington Convention and Visitor’s Bureau executive offices, Churchill McGee turned to building a store front welcome center in the Victoria Square property in downtown Lexington. This space was conceived to give visitors to Lexington an immediate visual welcome and education on the unique aspects of Lexington, KY. Photo Image wallpaper, LED track lighting, and the usage of reclaimed barn wood and bourbon barrels combine to visually define Lexington. In addition to the decorative finishes, Churchill McGee installed a new rustic storefront, replaced the existing HVAC system and duct work, and added new flooring.
