AT&T
The owners of this property contracted the Churchill McGee Design/Build team to build a new structure using the AT&T Stand-Alone Building design. An existing building that had been a long running gas station was demolished and the hydraulic oil tank was remediated from underneath the remaining concrete slab. Compacted stone ranging from 7 to 13 feet deep was installed to correct the property’s foundation before the new structure could be built. To recoup some of the cost to the owner, Churchill McGee situated the new building in the center of the old parking lot to save on new asphalt costs. This building features brick and EIFS exterior, an insulated EPDM roof, and insulated storefront glass.
