Asuka Grill
Asuka Japanese Restaurant in Nicholasville, KY presented an immediate problem solving opportunity when it was discovered the building site the owner had purchased had not been properly surveyed prior to purchase to determine if the lot was suitable to build upon. The initial site chosen to locate the building was unsuitable due bedrock and surrounding fill. Churchill McGee was able to remediate a large portion of the lot with the help of an environmental engineer, in order to build a 90 X 100 foot building to house the restaurant and a 3200 square yard asphalt parking lot.
